CAMPUS is a Mexican apparel brand inspired by Japanese streetstyle and the country’s fashion publications such as Popeye Magazine, Brutus and Men’s Non-No, which highlight what Japan’s fashionable young men are doing and wearing during their day to day life; inspiring the brand’s slogan “Aqui & Ahora” meaning “Here & Now”.

The visual identity takes inspiration from American Ivy League universities combined with Japanese design sensibilities to get a versatile and evocative visual language; mirroring what the formerly mentioned magazines label as アメトラ Ametora, or American Traditional Style. 

CHOZA

Branding

Located in Mexico City’s bustling Condesa neighborhood, CHOZA (Meaning “hut” in spanish) is a boutique concept store / coffee shop centered around the artisanal practices from  different regions of the country.

The identity is centered around the wordmark, designed to look as if it was made from small sticks to create a unique logotype that feels sophisticated yet friendly, making it feel right at home in the complex ecosystem of the neighborhood’s boutiques.

TONY DELFINO

Based in Mexico City and credited as one of the city’s first streetwear brands; Tony Delfino has established itself as a heavy-hitter in the Mexican streetwear scene, featuring graphic-heavy pieces with a playful and a uniquely Mexican aesthetic.

The graphics were designed to be used as badges, printed graphics and for promotional use for a waterpark themed summer drop.

ELUVIERA

Inspired by Mediterranean casual dining, ELUVIERA (A play on “El hubiera”, a concept meaning a hypothetical past situation.) opened its doors in the city of Puebla within a high-end commercial center; offering a cozy atmosphere accompanied by small-plates dining and classic drinks.

The branding project took inspiration from Italian “bottegas”, aiming to transport the bar’s patrons into an improptu dinner within a wine cellar with a handwriten logotype and typesetting reminiscent of vintage can packaging designs and inventory sheets.

What if you could drink the feelings a book gives you?
A Bar in Between the Lines sets out to answer that question by creating seasonal cocktails inspired by a different book each month.

Inspired by typewriter-written manuscripts, the bar’s visual identity embraces imperfection and expression by overlapping text and using glyphs to create complex patterns and graphic treatments.
